The hotel was a bit disappointing with a few shortcomings, but it had some positive aspects too. The rooms were in a separate building from the main hotel, which caused some disturbances, and lacked basic amenities like a fridge, iron, and ironing board. The service was a mix of helpful and slightly rude encounters. The location was convenient for some but too small for the number of guests. The dining experience offered good food but was crowded with limited options. Overall, it was an average stay with both positives and negatives.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were a good size but not very clean, especially the towels which were only changed if left on the floor, and the bed sheets had a musty smell. The service was hard-working but somewhat unprofessional at times. The location was not ideal due to being far from the city center and the nearest tube station, although it was in a quiet neighborhood with good underground connections. The dining experience required going to another property across the road for breakfast, which offered a decent continental choice. The facilities were satisfactory overall.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room I was given was on the ground floor on the opposite side of the main reception, making it a bit inconvenient having to go outside to come back inside again. The room was so small that I couldn't even open the bathroom door properly, and to make matters worse, the handle scratched me as I squeezed past. Additionally, the overcrowded room had ghastly machine hot drinks, a limited breakfast selection, including a few croissants, a block of cheese, and a massive knife for self-service. On the bright side, my room had the window open waiting for me despite it being December.

The hotel is conveniently close to Walthamstow Central and well-served by public transport, making it convenient for travelers. The rooms, however, are at the other side of the road, lacking windows and with bags of rubbish in the corridors, which significantly impacts the overall experience.

Despite some minor issues, my stay at the hotel was a pleasant one. The rooms, though a bit musty, were nicely set up despite being located in an annex across a busy road. The service was a bit rough at times, but efforts were made to assist.
